We have implemented this soft and sturdy thread into our classic dad hats, producing an authentic fit and feel. The process begins with the weaving together of the 100% cotton twill fibers. The joining of these threads creates a hand feel and weight that is unmatched. Our 100% cotton twill produces a thread count of 108×56 and weighs in at a 285-grams, the perfect weight for these classic, everyday caps. This density allows for it to run smoothly through our manufacturing process.
